- Durty Nelly's Gift Cards and eGift Cards become subject to the Terms and Conditions upon purchase.
- The Durty Nelly's Gift Card and eGift Card is available in euro (€) only. It is a prepaid card or eGift Card which means that money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase
- eGift Cards may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. eGift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. The card can be used as often as the cardholder would like while the card is valid and until the total amount has been used up.
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the recipient of the Durty Nelly's Gift Cards and eGift Cards is aware of the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Durty Nelly's Gift Card. Also that the correct email is provided at time of purchase.
- If a Gift card or eGift Card is lost / stolen this is the sole liability of the holder. No Gift card or eGift Card will be replaced and no refund will be issued. Protect them as you would cash.
- The Durty Nelly's Gift cards or eGift Cards are only valid at participating restaurants, bars, cafés and hotels. See where to redeem on the website for participating businesses.
- Gift card or eGift Card are valid for five years from date of purchase.
- Email eGift Cards must be presented on arrival at property. eGift Cards that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
- In the event of suspected or proven fraud and/or improper use of the Durty Nelly's Gift Card, Durty Nelly's reserves the right to suspend (pending investigation) or cancel any Gift Card without notice.

- All online eGift Cards will be confirmed by email. If you purchase a Durty Nelly's group experience eGift Card for a specific venue, the eGift Card is valid for the experience purchased during the advertised valid dates. For example if the experience is valid for three months the eGift Card would automatically become an eGift Card that can be used in participating venues.
- The Durty Nelly's reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this Gift card or eGift Card at any time without notifying the holder.
- Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of the Durty Nelly's group. Specifically, data is only collected for the purposes of completing or supporting an activity, namely the Gift card or eGift Card purchase or the reservation process. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and is never passed to third-parties without permission.
